I Am Katniss Everdeen




I am terrified
I hear the wind and loud thunder
I wonder if this is the last time I will see my family
I see people killing
I want to get out of this game
I am going to survive




I pretend I'm not there
I feel the pressure rise up on me
I touch the nature
I worry about not surviving
I cry because I have so much pain
I am frightened




I understand that only one person will survive
I say I can do this and fight for my life
I dream that this shouldn't of ever happen
I try to be strong
I hope I will be the one to survive

What he is saying that a Hero is someone who finds a way to help others. Also to overcome things.


I agree with Christopher because whenever you love someone and something tragic might happen to them you will do anything to help that person, that makes you a Hero. A hero doesn't have to be like Superman, Iron Man, Batman, or Spiderman. A hero to me is my Mother. My mother has always been their for me. She's been their to help me on anything, good and bad. When I'm feeling down she helps me get back up. I look up to her. My mom is my hero.
          
                                          

The Hunger Games

        My theme is violence. The reason I chose was because it looks interesting, theirs a movie about it but, I would rather read the book first. Its about a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capital surrounded by twelve districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.
